48th Annual Open Juried Exhibition

November 4 – December 15, 2018
Submission Deadline:  September 21, 2018

ENTRY INFORMATION

  • All entries will be submitted at yaa.artcall.org.
  • Open to all fine artists and limited to three (3) digital submissions.
  • A $30 (member) or $45 (non-member) non-refundable fee is required for up to three pieces.
  • Original fine art only, executed in the past two years and not previously entered in a York Art Association Juried Exhibition.
  • All pieces must be dry and wired securely for hanging. Saw-toothed hangers will not be accepted.
  • Gallery-wrapped canvas edges must be finished.
  • Dimensions must not exceed 48” wide and 60” high, including frame.
  • Heavy sculpture must be set up by the artist. No installations accepted.
  • All accepted entries must be hand-delivered.
  • Entries may not be removed prior to the close of the exhibit (12/15/2018 at 12 pm).
  • All entries are insured from delivery until 12/18/2018 only.
  • Consent to reproduce for publicity, catalog, or educational purposes is assumed upon entry.

 

SALES

  • York Art Association will collect a commission of 25% (members) or 30% (non-members)for all work sold during the exhibition.
  • “Not for Sale” work must have a declared value for insurance purposes.
  • “Price on Request” is not permitted
